Order Cancellation

order details. - Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Return & Replacement Policy
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product delivered.
- Missing parts or incomplete order.

ID and product images. You may also call 6395553248 for assistance. Our team will respond within
24–48 hours.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
- Custom or bulk orders once manufactured or dispatched.
