2. Orders
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (except COD if available).
- If a product is out of stock or there is a pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and inform you.
- Product images are for reference. Small design changes may happen.
3. Payments
- We accept payments through secure payment methods available on our website.
- We do not store your card or bank details.
- Please make sure payment details are correct while placing the order.
4. Shipping
- We ship machines across India.
- Delivery time depends on your location and transport service.
- Sometimes delays can happen due to transport or weather issues.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- Order cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.
- After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after checking the request.
